Service and billing

Recurring residential service is billed monthly on the 1st day of the month for the services scheduled that month. Your first month is pro-rated from your start date. You can pause or cancel anytime by calling or texting 434-374-1120.

Promotions

1st cleaning FREE: Free first cleaning applies to new residential customers on weekly or every-other-week plans. It does not apply to one-time cleanups or commercial service, and it can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Text messages

If you opt in, Dr. Doggie Doo may text and call you about your service and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
